Pros
Their retirement plan was above average. Identify yourself with them correctly if you want to be fast tracked promoted. That was meant more as advice than a pro to whomever may read this. Job does pay well.
Cons
No work life balance. You will lose your own identity. Very unappreciative upper management. It’s a 24/7 job. The stress and pressure what it does to you over time. Unrealistic budget numbers. Looks great when they show ya the quarterly incentive plan. When you get your budget number 3 months into the year and you realize you have unattainable double digit budget numbers it’s a laugher. Oh yeah and If your having too good a year they can change your number. Great paying job to feed your family you’ll need someone else to raise them cause you’ll barely see them.
