Pros
Job security, decent pay, some cool co-workers. Management is luck of the draw.
Cons
There are too many to list. If one is new, the operation of things can take some time to learn; contractors and other customers will rarely be patient, for they do not understand what you have to go through. The company operates like any other corporation, all they really care about is covering the earth with their firm hold on branding and supply, all while upper corporate management fabricates barrages of 'things to do' for the managers and underlings to comply and stay busy. Very little fulfillment in this raggedy retail space. The place operates with an absurd mentality with its outdated operating system and catering of the way we sometimes collect payment, and the lack of room for error, in which errors can create violent waves. Total entropy and hardly any room for learning.
