Terrible company - Physician Assistant Shields Health Employee Review

Company has no loyaty. They value crazy patient complaints more than long term employees who built their business. They do not treat employees well and.only care about money. You will hear about the 1 negative patient survey but never about the thousand of positive surveys or great feedback. They pride themselves on being a family business but have no loyalty to their employees. Hours and management expectations are unreasonable. No rewards for productivity. I am glad to have moved on from this terrible company.
