Pros

One of the best groups of people I've ever worked with

Cons

This has been one of the most challenging organizations I’ve worked for. Turnover is exceptionally high, which has created significant knowledge gaps on the SaaS side and made continuity difficult. Prioritization is often unclear, and product work frequently appears misaligned with customer needs. Additionally, the company conducted multiple rounds of layoffs in 2025, which contributed to instability and uncertainty. Annual salary increases were delayed until May with little to no communication from leadership. Career development opportunities are limited and lack structure. Overall, I would not recommend this workplace to either experienced professionals or those early in their careers

Pros

Work remote; pay; flex time off. Neat product design ecosystem and the design system looks good in a portfolio. It seemed like things were improving with how goals were set and worked towards. While the design team existed, the culture was at first good then turned sour due to the constant threats of layoffs, lack of promotion, and limited raises.

Cons

Constant layoffs; every time a new C-level came in heads would roll. There were 4 different heads of product and 4 CTOs in the few years I worked there. Very concerning for any company. Goals constantly changing... no or very limited growth on the career ladder for designers. The design team no longer exists here. If they are hiring for this role, they have realized their mistake and are clambering to rebuild. Take this lack of stability into consideration when you negotiate your offer.
