And there are no benefits at all whatsoever no overtime no health insurance shift key states that they are a platform and they do not provide that but it makes it kind of confusing because they take money out of your check for accidental insurance without letting you know they also for attendance and can drop you off there platform act like your employer and be labeled in a line such as your employer but are not obligated to act as a company instead we are self employed very confusing to me it just sounds like the way out of having to take care of obligations money as a company as an employer
