Pros

Some very, very smart and talented people here, providing a service/product that is greatly needed. You're helping some of the most under-appreciated, most-invisible professionals in society: nurses (and healthcare workers generally). Reasonable severance package — HR team seems to consist mostly of very good, kind-hearted people. Current CEO Mike Vitek seems like a solid guy, but he inherited quite a mess.

Cons

Your ideas, efforts, and work will be undermined by management at nearly every opportunity. No idea why they go to such lengths to hire great, competent people, only to refuse to listen to them. Frequently changing cast of characters at C-Suite level. Heroic efforts of 26-year-old marketing coordinator were the only thing keeping the marketing dept. from falling apart at the seams. Massive, massive egos in nearly every key position, and the only department to every receive accolades is sales — and boy will you hear about it.

Pros

Work remote; pay; flex time off. Neat product design ecosystem and the design system looks good in a portfolio. It seemed like things were improving with how goals were set and worked towards. While the design team existed, the culture was at first good then turned sour due to the constant threats of layoffs, lack of promotion, and limited raises.

Cons

Constant layoffs; every time a new C-level came in heads would roll. There were 4 different heads of product and 4 CTOs in the few years I worked there. Very concerning for any company. Goals constantly changing... no or very limited growth on the career ladder for designers. The design team no longer exists here. If they are hiring for this role, they have realized their mistake and are clambering to rebuild. Take this lack of stability into consideration when you negotiate your offer.
