High turn over, no opportunity for growth - Sales Shimadzu Employee Review

Never want to leave aside for career growth

Hard to move up because there is low turnover

I can only speak for the Marketing Department - management low stress work load no drama taking time off was never an issue department was always aware of equipment needs Shimadzu in general was a very friendly environment

Pay could have been higher I didn't see opportunity for career growth or upward mobility lack of studio for videography and photography lack of proper storage area for equipment
