This was a dynamic place to work, largely because of the creative and energetic workforce. Pay was good to very good. There was a lot of talk about development and some action, particularly in the Sales and Marketing Group.

Cons

Internal politics, particularly in the Sales group at the top level. The head of Sales was a condescending, abusive bully. Now he's the CEO........ Draw your own conclusions.

Cons

As the company continues expanding, some processes are still evolving, which can create occasional ambiguity, but leadership is receptive to feedback and actively improving structure and communication.
