Pros

The people that work with you are truly passionate, intelligent, and dedicated. The environment is positive, and supportive. Everyone likes to have a good time, and knows how to prioritize. Its the tech and wine industry!

Cons

Change is a big constant here, as well as the expectation of doing whatever it takes. These aren't cons in my opinion, but they are something to watch out for if these values don't resonate with you.

- Great people to work with - They work with your schedule - They give you important assignments - Valuable experience - Awesome marketing team

Cons

- The only negative I can come up with is that the company is undergoing a lot of growth at the moment and so there are a lot of changes happening. Which could be good or bad thing depending on the way you look at it.

The idea of their product is cool.. the people that you work with are fun and easy going. Benefits are decent

Cons

The product itself is so out of date, not intuitive at all and the product management team has zero idea as to what they are doing to improve it. The support reps pick up the slack and keep things rolling. Pay is really low compared to industry standard and very little room to grow there.
