Pros
The whole "culture" piece that has become a hot talking-point in the job market is actually enacted here. Yes, there's a keg and darts, the conference rooms are super funky and we know how to have fun blowing off steam together. But it's more than that- the fact that the core values are something that every employee knows and can use in daily conversation is a testament to the fact that people truly live these values. They're important, they guide us and they bring us together. When we stop and ask ourselves, "how is this in line with the core values", it forces us to consider the bigger picture and the underlying motivations. It builds something bigger.
Cons
Pay attention and get your work done, otherwise it would be hard to keep up. Not sure that's technically a con, but if you can't be a go-getter this might be a tough place for you.
