-Free food and snacks -Beautiful office building -Good place to get sales fundamentals

Cons

The career path for sales is non existent. The sales team is a completely new set of faces every ten months. Anyone who actually sticks around for a while switches out of the department. Also, you could fudge your numbers to hit KPIs pretty easily. This seemed to be the sales culture, at least when I was hired on there.

The culture was second to none. Plus, the whole company cares about your growth and development. This is a great company with awesome people who truly care.

Cons

Not the best snack selection but they are on top of the La Criox game.
