9yThanks for the feedback, and being the best part of Shipt! I agree that Shipt can take a lot of my time, and I hope that as we have scaled and added new people to the organization that the time commitment has eased a bit. I believe that our culture of change may be the one thing that will not change, but I believe we have put in more tools and processes to help guide new additions to the team.
