-Simply zero people value from management. You will be expected to work 8 or 10 hour days with 2 15 minute paid breaks and a one hour non paid lunch. Do not expect ANY work life balance
-zero flexibility for missing days. You will be penalized on their asinine “points” system.
-this is a call center gig. Do not let them lead you to believe otherwise. You will be getting yelled at constantly for 8(or 10) hours. Do not let this be a surprise.
-you will work most Saturday and Sundays
-your best case in a year is to move on to logistics or shopper success which are both extremely lateral moves IF and only if you have friends in those departments willing to hire you.
