I began working at this company during the first weeks of Covid-19. We were considered heroes, paid exceptionally well, and the company took care of it's employees during the height of the pandemic.
Cons
Since new management has taken over the company, pay has been cut to below minimum wage, shoppers who earn more are deactivated without reasoning, and the algorithm has been entirely rigged to cut costs at the expense of customer service. This company cannot continue to operate with memberships in decline the way that they are. Their revenue is plummeting due to terrible management decisions that has radically changed everything about the app in a short time frame. It was good the way it was, members and shoppers alike are very unhappy and frustrated with these annoying changes. The corporate team has absolutely crashed their reputation into the ground because of unethical decisions to manipulate cost structures. They have outsourced most of their customer service lines and are almost entirely unresponsive to complaints and suggestions.
