      Schedule changes every 4 months, Sometimes you receive no-phone call based interactions

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Often overlooked. Changes with internal system platform but the platform doesn't work and management doesn't help. Attendance policy is cut throat. Seldom there is opportunity for advancement.
