Poor management communication and organization (Especially for clothing) often close alone and expected to do a unrealistic amount of stuff Wages very not depending experience or suitability but rather how the hiring manager feels that day. Ex. Girl working there for over a year currently making $14. Second girl working there for three weeks no prior job experience makes $14.
