      Pros

      The employee discount is fantastic on clothing, but basically non-existent on pet/animal feed

      Cons

      Supervisory level promotions, when filled, seem to be given to those that have the brownest nose rather than the most knowledge. Most don't understand basic employment laws in regards to work place injuries, medical work excuses or releases, or those that cover employee's privacy.

      Support from all MGMT levels, my dept is a team that helps each be better.
