A Company that is COMPLETELY LOST with what they are doing; smart people should not come here if you value your career - Engineer Shiseido Employee Review

Lack of leadership, too many secrets within the company, leaders who are selfish with their own personal goals, innovation is dead, no experience engineers with actual engineering experience, the management works as a dictator instead of a leader, work balance does not exist within the company, leaders pretending they know actual stuff but have no clue what is going on, leaders do not have proper educational or work experience to be where they are now This company is a total sham within the cosmetic industry. The only thing holding Shiseido America up is their skin care line which is govern by the people in Japan. I won't be surprise if this side of the company just goes down.
