Pros

I loved working at here. Few people get a chance to work as closely with someone like John as you do at Shiver. He has a deep history in the games industry, and is very hands on in his approach to game development. Jason is an A+ elite CTO and the tech was industry leading. They're willing to take chances on young, talented individuals, and I can't imagine a better place to cut your teeth.

Cons

Working here is not easy - the quality bar is high. If you're willing to put in the work and follow direction and queues, it's a great place to learn - but that's not for everyone.

Lunch, snacks, and awesome soda machine Incredibly smart team Involved leaders not afraid to make decisions and improvements Small company Best benefits I've ever had Failure is not an option

Open office layout Hours can be long Milestones are tense with some pressure Little ramp up time, expected to jump into the code immediately
