Pros

Still has the “small business feel” but is going downhill. Pay is decent. Hours are better for some than others.

Cons

Another DEI hire at the ELT level. No attempt to understand the current situation or history of the company. Just immediately tries to convince everyone of how smart they are. No credibility with other employees. Expect to see good managers get fired for the ELT failed initiative. Too many executives with their own agenda.

There are plenty of great people here and many opportunities for the company to continue growing and improving.

Cons

People are looking out for themselves instead of doing what is best for the business. There is little HR support and no accountability, no matter where you work. HR may have policies written, but they are not always followed consistently. Too often, decisions are made based on personal judgment rather than company policy. HR policies need to be reviewed, strengthened, and enforced consistently to be successful as a company
