Pros
Good store management, easy job tasks, and fun environment.
Cons
Out-dated store systems, no customer appreciation, no employee appreciation. There is no advancement opportunities or a possibility to build a career with this company. The owners are very rude, and HR is awful to deal with. Every body in their home-office that is supposed to support and help you in the store acts bothered and annoyed by the store employees. Just an awful company, had it not been for my amazing store manager I would have never stuck around as long as I have.
