The upper management makes the real money, if you want to call it that, and management can vary from very good to absolutely incompetent. I worked at a few of the stores and the training is not good, but if you have a good attitude you will have a chance at this store. The commission isn't always steady, but you can make some money here. The job is not usually difficult, just difficult to deal with.
