Pros
Small team in store. Had fun and got the job done well. Associates at my store were awesome. Still talk to some of them!
Cons
Very dated company. Uses very old technology within store that slows down transactions. Dial-up can be a nightmare when receiving phone calls and trying to ring up customers (90s!). Upper management had unrealistic scheduling in mind to achieve workload while not sacrificing customer service.
