Poor Leadership and Redundancy in Warehouse - Production Shoe Show Employee Review

Supervisors have no training or experience as managers. Supervisors ride around around on bikes talking all day while barking orders and acting like prison guards and treating employees like children. Many redundant practices and wastes of money. Very little chance for advancement. Manual labor and extreme environment (sweltering in the summer and cold in the winter). Billion dollar company that rewards a yearly bonus of a $10 Food Lion Card, that was probably donated to them. Plus, you barely get raises that equal the 10% inflation rate. One would think a billion dollar shoe company would give a pair of shoes, nope!
