Pros
It's a smaller company and they believe in promoting from within. I had zero management experience and they hired me for a key holder position. I was promoted to store manager 9 months later after the store manager was promoted to a larger store.
Cons
Need better allocation or merchandise and newer, fresher styles. The stores also need an update (décor, equipment, computers, high speed internet...stuck in the 90's) The only way you can get a raise is if you are promoted.
