Pros
Steady pay, decent weekends, not much else I can say, the place sucks you in and kills your dreams. They pay you just enough to get you to stay
Cons
Not much pay, treated like crap, horrible benefits, greedy management, favoritism, reverse discrimination, full time hours suck (30-33 per week), management is insanely inept, the hard workers are treated like crap, laziness is rewarded, hires a lot of foreigners instead of natural born citizens, to be a Christian company they're far from it, no room to advance through hard work and determination
