Pros
Slow paced so you can get trained well. Fairly easy job. Comission was nice during the holiday and back to school season. Customers were fairly nice.
Cons
Pay was min wage as sales associate so if you made no shoe sales checks came out pretty low. very little hours to give. Return policy was a joke, customers got away with returning anything.
