Pros
On good(busy) days sales rack up meaning a good commission for that day. A little discount. You get to meet many different people. You get to see many parents yell and curse at their bad children. Great employees and mangers. So is the district manager(to me he's cool). I get time off for school. We get breaks if you work for a certain amount of hours. We have walkie-talkies Not boring at all. If you have OCD, this is the perfect job

OLD and OUTDATED SYSTEMS we use dial-up no break room will never get a raise unless i move to another position but that would only be about a dollar more an hour no direct deposit get paid on saturday not friday shoes need to be better organized(mainly by sizes) in front and back of store I HATE not having music while I work
