Pros
This is a great company to work for the best by Far, the DM and the Regional Manager in the district I was in were just great people. The other managers in my district were great as well always willing to help and give advice . I met the owner Mr. Tucker at a meeting and he was very nice. I Aldo had the pleasure to meet his wife Mrs. Tucker, she stopped by my store coming from choir rehearsal, picked up paper off my sales floor and kept moving. If you're looking for a good company to retire with this is the one.
Cons
The only challenge I would say is the amount of payroll the stores are given to work with, but that's in any retail company most of the time you just don't have the payroll that you need.
