Pay is very low so not a lot of adequate people want to work there because there's no incentive to work hard. Store I worked at only offered minimum wage which is impossible to financially support a person (unless you live with parents and are in school, which most of our applicants were) Management and uppermanagement also rarely enforced penalties, which was super frustrating to see people get away with things that were against company policy.
