I hate this place - Sales Associate Shoe Show Employee Review

I worked there for 13 years. I voluntarily stepped down from key holder position. (Personal reasons) After that I only made $7.25/hr. They are too cheap to give raises to their part time employees. We had 8 employees including the manager. Within a month 5 of us quit. Right before back to school sales too. We didn't care. So what does that tell you about this particular store?
