District Manager - District Manager Shoe Show Employee Review

No phone allowance but yet requited to use your personal phone. No email set up for stores. Not allowed to text your managers. You must communicate EVERYTHING via phone or visit. Very slow and unmanageable to call your stores on every single point. Not allowed to share any sales information with the stores, even though they are held accountable for it! Would give zero stars if possible.
