Inconsistent management/low pay - Sales Associate Shoe Show Employee Review

Low pay/management sometimes has favorites. First time with the company a few years ago at a different store was so much better with consistent and flexible hours you can somewhat live off, but was not the case in my third go-around. The company is losing money each year but just hire less people then???
