Pros
Health insurance is good, but it's only provided for full timers.
Cons
Pay is below market, when the company makes 6.2Billlion as of 2023. Store managers are left to do it all, with no support from upper management. There's been countless times where store manager and a key, we're the only ones working back to school/christmas/ black friday/ valentines/ veterans etc. Around holidays it's just short of 12 hrs per day, with no other staff.
