Pros
Family-oriented environment/ don't have to sacrifice career growth and being a mom; Flex start time is great for two working parents and traffic; like that they are making improvements and listen to the employees; can see significant changes from results 2-3 years ago; Current President is fantastic- approachable and drives the purpose; feels really great to be part of a positive improvement culture happening
Cons
Was worried after seeing the Glassdoor reviews, but took a chance... they definitely need to get more people to talk about recent experiences in the past couple years... instead of several years ago- so glad I made the jump & not looking back now! Kind of small- but one of the things that bugs me is this company has Meetings on top of Meetings, with conference calls thrown in... give the vision and just let people work! Let the managers and directors be available to the team to dig in and solve problems! (Some meetings 1-2 x month are necessary, but omg... its hard to get a conference room sometimes!) Feel like this comes from the very top/ most seniored leaders, maybe they are too close to let it go? Not a huge deal, and may change over time, but it is noticeable.
