100% employee benefits paid for Very diverse company Laid back environment Work from home option available for certain departments Fun, positive environment Company is very socially responsible Company supports its employees who want further education

Cons

Since the company is growing quickly, there are not always SOPs in place for everything. Upper management could do a little better job hearing suggestions of others in the company.

A great place to intern at, learnt a lot at IT department and very helpful to interns.

Cons

A proper internship program would be nice so there's more structure.

Easy work and good benefits

Cons

Very dishonest work culture, bosses and senior managers are allowed to steal and take the products home and present wrong information and reports to the management because they are very very close to the owner of the company. Workers are told to cancel orders, ship wrong orders, etc. and not speak the truth otherwise they will get fired. Never worked in a company before like this where managers are asking you to involve in dishonest work and activities, it's so strange!!
