Terrible and unorganized company - Customer Success Specialist Shop LC Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. It is true that we offer many breaks and employee discounts. Additionally, we strive to improve and make changes based on suggestions of our employees. Thanks to the feedback we received, we have redesigned the training curriculum, delivery process, and introduced more use of role play into our training sessions. Additionally we have implemented departmental townhalls to continually address, respond, and implement change based on feedback provided. While you unfortunately did not fully experience it, training is a priority at ShopLC, and we look to each person to attain a minimum of 30 hours of professional / personal development training each year. Additionally, we conduct a yearly employee engagement survey to understand what is working and where we can improve.
