Pros

They have good jewelry at good prices. If I were to ever buy a Tanzanite ring I would get it from them. If you need to get a start in the TV business, this is a good place in a great city. They promote from within.

Cons

The company is infused with the acceptance of low production pay. Hosts were not provided clothing stipends and received salaries well under $50k. Producers and Directors as well received salaries under $40k. Regular yearly reviews with your team lead, or manager were not done.

A great place to intern at, learnt a lot at IT department and very helpful to interns.

Cons

A proper internship program would be nice so there's more structure.

Easy work and good benefits

Cons

Very dishonest work culture, bosses and senior managers are allowed to steal and take the products home and present wrong information and reports to the management because they are very very close to the owner of the company. Workers are told to cancel orders, ship wrong orders, etc. and not speak the truth otherwise they will get fired. Never worked in a company before like this where managers are asking you to involve in dishonest work and activities, it's so strange!!
