Cons

One star was being generous in regards to ShopLC. They do not care about the employees. Procedures are consistently changed to the detriment of employees. The training is mediocre and inadequate.

A great place to intern at, learnt a lot at IT department and very helpful to interns.

A proper internship program would be nice so there's more structure.

Easy work and good benefits

Cons

Very dishonest work culture, bosses and senior managers are allowed to steal and take the products home and present wrong information and reports to the management because they are very very close to the owner of the company. Workers are told to cancel orders, ship wrong orders, etc. and not speak the truth otherwise they will get fired. Never worked in a company before like this where managers are asking you to involve in dishonest work and activities, it's so strange!!
