Here at Shop LC we rolled out our career path model for all positions so that everyone can see and understand their career path in our employee engagement software. We strongly believe in promoting from within and have had a lot of internal promotions in 2019 and 2020 and look forward to many more in 2021. When it comes to compensation, we frequently evaluate and benchmark all roles and job descriptions so that positions and pay are assessed against market data.
