Misogynistic culture - if you’re a woman, you are worthless. If you are a man and not Indian, you are mostly worthless. They are quite happy with firing staff to put robots in their place who cannot possibly do the work that a human is capable of. Also, we have received two reconstructed incentive “schemes” that have reduced our pay, all the while we are working more hours. Additionally, unless you are Indian you will never have an opportunity to work your way up in the company - they go out of their way to hold you down and if offered a higher position, beware, you’ve been set up to work 24/7, and FAIL. We are in the United States, not in some Indian sweatshop.
