Pros
I started out as a call center agent in 2011. Since tthen, I've received three promotions in the company. I also have enough experience to make my resume look great for other job opportunities in the future. On to top of that, I receive free medical insurence, and low co-pays for office visits. The company does acknowledge you for your hard work and dedication! last but not least, you get to shop for cool gifts at a low cost.
Cons
Blackout time for the holidays! Can't request off to visit family. Only sucks for me because most of my family lives in California.
