Pros
None, I truly felt mistreated, micromanaged, disrespected and like it was the company I couldn't learn or grow in... and I know i'm not the only one who felt like that.
Cons
Shop LC is the definition of micro management, awful and rude managers and it was a toxic work environment. My manager wanted me to tell her every time I went to the bathroom, wanted to have 3 calls with me a day just to discuss the daily plans, never took my ideas, would scream at me on the phone.. it was so bad, I had no idea it was going to be like that. One time I took off A DAY from work for personal reasons about 4 days before the day (it was NOT a vacation) and she told me the next day I "can't take off like that, we all have problems, work is work". They also wanted me to come into the office in JULY of 2020 when Covid was still awful. No exceptions, they told me I had to come in or else.. like who does that. Not to mention the office is super depressing and has no windows. I even had multiple people tell me how they met the company higher ups and they are, quote "Sociopaths". I have so many details I wish I could share, but I will just leave it at please do not make yourself go through their mistreatment
