Pros

Shop-Ware is built by people for people in a way I have never seen in most companies. Upper Management is always respectful of our ideas and encourages growth within the company professionally and personally. They ensure you are compensated fairly and always are checking in. I have never in my life had a job better than this and I have been working in the field for years.
