      - Coworkers are smart as hell - Hard problems at scale - Meaningful mission helping mom and pop businesses - Complete agency - Remote first company - Strong compensation paradigm - Great benefits

      Cons

      - A tad disorganized at times due to fast pace, even compared to much smaller companies - Joining right before an edition makes ramp up hard

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
