      Shopify is a great workplace to up your AI skills. I learn new things about how to use AI from my peers every day, and it's exciting (a bit scary).

      Cons

      Company changes directions fast, with increasing amount of politics and decreasing amount of transparency, Some teams can have stressful culture, it really depends on your team and lead!

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
