10yThanks for taking the time to submit your review of our schedule. Because we are a 24/7 operation, we have team members on at all times. This is very common in a contact centre environment. No one on our support team works 12 days in a row - and if this happened - you should be talking to your HR partner about it. The Guru team is the most important team we have here and we do our best to make sure people get the time off they need. The schedule is in constant review and we take the time to listen to our employees concerns. I really encourage you to reach out to your squad lead and HR partner to see what we can do to accommodate your schedule.
