      Virtual, some nice people there, decent benefits

      Cons

      They work you to the bone, every second is accounted for, impossible targets, 3 chats at a time, was phased out for AI, had to support companies that were scamming customers with drop-shipping.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
