      Pros

      -Incredible people - engaged, friendly, passionate -Autonomy & flexibility -Great management - understanding, supportive, respectful

      Cons

      Shopify is the only place I've ever worked where I wouldn't change a thing. My recurring thought is "how will I ever work anywhere else".

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Great folks to work alongside. Work-life balance can be good, but depends upon the team/organization you are on.

      Continuous layoffs have led to a poor work culture.
