      Pros

      - good salary for Canadian tech - Unlimited PTO which was 6 weeks for me - bright people to work with - good work life balance (in my team)

      Cons

      - bad culture, stack ranking and managers needs to have x percent underperforming every cycle - very hard to get promoted - morale is low, there are quiet layoff and everyone is stressed out for their job

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
